We value your business and are committed to delivering beautiful, high-quality products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
All returns are subject to approval.
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Condition Requirements:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
- Timeframe:
- You must request a return within 7 days of delivery. Requests received after this period will not be accepted.
- Return Approval:
- To start a return, email support@thetravelingbeautyboutique.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. The Traveling Beauty Boutique is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.
- Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items:
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale, clearance, and promotional items
- Intimate or sanitary goods (swimwear, undergarments, beauty tools)
- Custom or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Items marked “Final Sale” at checkout
- Restocking Fee:
- Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email within 5–7 business days.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet return conditions.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@thetravelingbeautyboutique.com.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
- Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the item and packaging.
- We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
- Once your order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
